Motivation

Today, in modern corporate environment , the preferred working model of decision making is collaborative. Especially a self organized team in the Agile world has to be able to take adequate and working collective decisions. When a team member takes part in a decision, he or she is usually committed to stick to it, feels ownership and is empowered to execute it.
