PURPOSE
The role of the Scrum Master is essential for establishing Agile values, principles, and culture in the team and the entire organization. Scrum Masters are the front runners of Agile transformation, teaching everyone how to apply the Scrum framework effectively, and coaching team members, business stakeholders, management, and product people into successful adoption of Agile practices. This requires, in addition to deep understanding of Scrum values and principles, a variety of skills related to working with people and teams on different personality and level of maturity in Agile.
This program is designed to address the most demanding requirements to you as Scrum Masters. It focuses on aspects that will help you excel in this role and bring your leadership skills on a higher level.
